HealthVib inSeat

An integrated approach to proactive risk management HealthVib inSeat by CVK is an advanced measuring and analysis tool for whole body vibrations in a driver’s seat and environment.

HealthVib inSeat equips drivers and operators with vital information to identify and control the risk of harmful vibrations to the body. The system transmits the data wirelessly through the HealthVib inSeat and the Vibindicator inSeat, with no interruption to the driver.

The user is instantly notified of the vibrations dose (A(8)-value) on the intuitive, colour coded Vibindicator inSeat and warns the driver of harmful vibrations to body. The data from the driver’s seat can then be imported to computer for reporting and analysis and assist in long-term environmental health risk assessment. The HealthVib inSeat monitors the work environment making it easier and accurate to judge risk and manage it, along with long-term environmental planning.

HealthVib inSeat addresses key risks in a driver’s environment where they are exposed to whole body vibrations.Harmful vibrations can often be avoided by simple adjustments, which are often caused by:

• Driving technique
• Road surface/terrain
• Speed
• Time
• Machine properties/construction

In the short-term suspension and driving seats can be adjusted etc In the long-term equipment can be redesigned.

 

Whole Body Vibrations WBV300 and WBV500

HealthVib® WBV500 system measures and analyses i.e. on driver seat or standing. Measuring using HealthVib® WBV is easy to learn and carry out. The vibration data is collected and analysed wireless and in three directions simultaneously.

HealthVib®WBV 500 measures and analyses whole body vibrations in three directions. HealthVib®WBV500 is easy to use which does not require any expertise knowledge, cables, software or any other special configurations. The dominant direction of vibration exposure is simultaneously on a colorful display which is besides being connected to WBV Vibindicator shocks.

The vibration data is collected and analysed in three directions simultaneously. Through the use of button controls, results can be displayed as r.m.s or VDV, 1/second intervals, the eight/hour daily vibration dose. Also peak and SED factor can be read out. The vibration dose is displayed on a colour screen 128*128 px and can also be sent on an external display (Vibindicator Shock). By having the automatic stop & start function the unwanted data is excluded.

 

Hand Arm Vibration HAV100-3Ch and HAV100-6Ch

HealthVib® HAV100 system measures and analyses HAV. Performing measuring by HealthVib HAV is easy to learn and carry out. The unit does not require cables or any special configurations. HealthVib HAV can be used in field conditions. HealthVib HAV100-6Ch is an instrument system for measuring hand arm vibrations on both hands at the same time in three directions, x,y,z. This functionality reveals the vibration origin and thus makes it easier to choose the corrected preventive action.

HealthVib HAV100-6Ch consists of a pair of measurement gloves, an Active unit (the basic unit and perform the main analysis), Passive unit and Vibindicator HAV. HealthVib HAV Passive unit has a wireless connection to the basic HealthVib HAV, Active unit.

Vibration data is stored and analysed during the measurement. The HealthVib HAV100 can be wireless connected to a Vibindicator™ HAV for simultaneous presentation of the actual and accumulated vibration exposure.The Active and Passive units can be mounted to the machine (with or without included adaptors) or preferable using the special adapted glove which is in accordance to ISO 5349.
